Business Visa

  • 2 Copies of visa application form to be filled completely and signed.
  • Current passport valid for more than 6 months and previous passport.
  • Two Recent Photographs 35 x 45 Background should be white with 80 % face no spectacles or cap, both ears should be visible and teeth should not be visible
  • Covering letter on Company’s letterhead with Company’s seal and address and contact number (letter should have details like travel dates, passport number, designation, a brief company profile and other details about trip and expenses).
  • Invite letter on Company’s letterhead with seal and address and contact number (letter should have details like travel dates in and out, passport number, designation, a brief company profile and other details about trip and expenses)
  • Updated bank statement for 6 months in original from the bank with stamp and seal
  • Overseas medical policy
  • Compulsory return ticket
  • Last 3 years Income Tax Papers
  • HIV test certificate (to be obtained from any competent hospital, in English and with validity of 1 month. The Embassy has not authorized any hospital for the certificate. The certificate should cover at least duration of validity of visa)
  • Hotel Confirmation with guest name, check-in, check-out details, payment confirmation details and hotel name and address.
  • Document (receipt) certifying payment of a state duty for visa issuance
  • An invitation letter from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Azerbaijan (letter is valid only for one month. Invitations are processed in the Consular Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Azerbaijan)

Tourist Visa

  • 2 Copies of visa application form to be filled completely and signed
  • Current passport valid for more than 6 months and previous passport.
  • Two Recent Photographs 35 x 45 Background should be white with 80 % face no spectacles or cap, both ears should be visible and teeth should not be visible
  • Personal letter having Name, Nationality, Age, Passport No, and Date & Place of issue and reason for visit.
  • An invitation letter from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Azerbaijan (letter is valid only for one month. Invitations are processed in the Consular Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Azerbaijan)
  • Personal Income Tax Returns for the last 3 Years
  • Updated bank statement for 6 months in original from the bank with stamp and seal
  • Leave Letter from Company in case Salaried
  • Overseas medical policy
  • Compulsory return ticket

Work Permit Visa

  • Visa application form to be filled completely and signed
  • Current passport valid for more than 6 months and previous passport.(Should be Notarised)
  • Individuals must provide an identity document, work history for the last five years, address of the workplace and position
  • Notarised copy of document confirming professional qualification
  • Reference confirming the need to employ a specialist in a particular field
  • Health certificate proving that the applicant is not infected with HIV, Hepatitis B and C
  • Legal entities must provide a notarised copy of state registration; individuals must provide proof that they are a registered a taxpayer and provide a notarised copy of their ID
  • A notarised copy of a marriage certificate might also be needed
  • Compulsory return ticket
  • Copy of document confirming the right to stay in Azerbaijan

Student Visa

  • 2 Copies of visa application form to be filled completely and signed
  • Current passport valid for more than 6 months and previous passport.
  • Two Recent Photographs 35 x 45 Background should be white with 80 % face no spectacles or cap, both ears should be visible and teeth should not be visible
  • Health certificate proving that the applicant is not infected with HIV, Hepatitis B and C
  • Confirmed Ticket
  • Overseas medical policy
  • A notarized tenancy agreement
  • A copy of your landlord’s application to the State Migration Service in Baku
  • A copy of your landlord’s ID proving them to be an Azeri citizen

Note: Covering letter and invitation should favor ‘To, The Visa Officer, “Embassy of Republic of Azerbaijan ,New Delhi”.

Personal presence is mandatory for submission
