  • Updated bank statement for 6 months in original from the bank with stamp and seal
  • Xerox copies of Income Tax Papers
  • Overseas medical policy
  • Compulsory return ticket
  • Salary Slip for the last 3 months

Tourist Visa

  • Personal letter having Name, Nationality, Age, Passport No, and Date & Place of issue and reason for visit.

  • Overseas medical policy
  • Compulsory return ticket
  • Hotel Confirmation with guest name, check-in, check-out details, payment confirmation details and hotel name and address.
  • Salary Slip for the last 3 months

Work Permit Visa

  • Two Recent Photographs 4.5 x 4.5 cm Background should be white with 80 % face no spectacles or cap, both ears should be visible and teeth should not be visible
  • Proof of legal status in their country of residence
  • Copies of their flight itinerary and reservation
  • Updated bank statement for 6 months in original from the bank with stamp and seal
  • A letter of invitation, if applicable
  • A letter explaining all the reasons they’re traveling
  • Hotel Confirmation with guest name, check-in, check-out details, payment confirmation details and hotel name and address.
  • Certificate of police clearance from your country
  • Copies of your educational degrees/diplomas or other relevant certificates for the job.
  • A copy of your work contract, which is:
    • In Spanish
    • In compliance with Chile’s rules and regulations about hiring foreign workers
    • Signed by the hiring company
      • The signature must be authenticated by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Chile.
  • A letter from the Chilean company that hired you, which:
    • Explains why they’re hiring you and why you are a good fit for the job
    • Includes the full contact details of the company’s contact person

Student Visa

  • Two Recent Photographs 4.5 x 4.5 cm Background should be white with 80 % face no spectacles or cap, both ears should be visible and teeth should not be visible
  • Letter of confirmation of enrolment in the academic institution has to detail your name, when will the lecture period start, for how long you will be enrolled, and the contact details of that institution.

  • Chile has currently closed its borders for all international travellers (This does not apply to nationals and residents of Chile)
  • Nationals and residents of Chile are subject to quarantine for 14 days.
  • A completed “Affidavit for Travellers to prevent Coronavirus diseases (COVID-19)” must be submitted before departure at https://www.c19.cl/formularios.html
  • Passengers must have a medical certificate with a negative COVID-19 PCR SARS-COV-2 test result. The test must have been taken at most 72hrs before departure of the last direct flight to Chile
  • Passenger must have travel insurance with minimum coverage of USD 30,000 to cover all expenses originated by COVID-19
  • Passenger must undergo “Passengers Tracking” for 14 days or until they leave Chile
  • Passenger could be subject to COVID-19 test upon arrival
  • Passenger are subject to quarantine
