  • 2 Copies of visa application form to be filled completely and signed.
  • Current passport valid for more than 6 months and previous passport
  • Two Recent Photographs 35 x 45 Background should be white with 80 % face no spectacles or cap, both ears should be visible and teeth should not be visible
  • Covering letter on Company’s letterhead with Company’s seal and address and contact number (letter should have details like travel dates, passport number, designation, a brief company profile and other details about trip and expenses).
  • Invite letter on Company’s letterhead with seal and address and contact number (letter should have details like travel dates in and out, passport number, designation, a brief company profile and other details about trip and expenses)
  • Compulsory return ticket
  • Updated bank statement for 6 months in original from the bank with stamp and seal

Tourist Visa

  • 2 Copies of visa application form to be filled completely and signed.
  • Current passport valid for more than 6 months and previous passport

  • Covering Letter and Leave letter from Company.
  • Hotel Confirmation with guest name, check-in, check-out details, payment confirmation details and hotel name and address.
  • Updated bank statement for 6 months in original from the bank with stamp and seal
  • Compulsory return ticket
  • Day-to-day schedule

Work Permit Visa

  • visa application form to be filled completely and signed.
  • Current passport valid for more than 6 months and previous passport
  • Two Recent Photographs 35 x 45 Background should be white with 80 % face no spectacles or cap, both ears should be visible and teeth should not be visible
  • Foreigners Work Permit – issued by the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security of the PRC.
  • Registration Certificate of Resident Representative Offices of enterprises of foreign countries (regions) – issued by Chinese authorities of industrial and commercial administration.
  • An approval document for commercial performances – issued by the Chinese government authorities for cultural affairs
  • Invitation Letter to Foreigners for Offshore Petroleum Operations – issued by National Offshore Oil Corporation.
  • Medical form and criminal history check, which has been notarized and authenticated.

Student Visa

  • Admission Notice” issued by the University in P. R. China.
  • Student Visa Application Form” (JW201 form or JW202 form) issued by the Ministry of Education, Gov. of China.
  • Covering letter from the applicant’s recently graduated school, university or applicant himself/herself.
  • Physical Examination Record for Foreigner” issued by doctors from an Indian state hospital.

Passport issued out of Maharashtra and Karnataka will require stay proof letter from the Company about his residence and also Maharashtra, Karnataka working employee & staying application can be done in Mumbai
