Tourist Visa

Work Permit Visa

Updated bank statement for 6 months in original from the bank with stamp and seal
A copy of the contract of employment/ engagement signed with the employer
A copy of the applicant’s Degree/Diploma
Case Order ID and receipt of payment to the Danish Agency for Labour Market and Recruitment.

Student Visa

Application form completely filled on https://applyvisa.um.dk/, printed and signed by the applicant
Visa Fee payment receipt printed from https://applyvisa.um.dk/
Current passport valid for more than 6 months and previous passport.

A covering letter from the Indian organization/school containing:
 Name and date of birth of the applicant.
 An outline of the applicant’s itinerary, purpose of visit, how/why the trip is relevant to his/her current studies, and the period of
intended stay in Denmark/Schengen.
 Copy of student cards or certificates of the organization/school/establishment
An invitation, entry ticket or enrollment confirmation fromorganization/school containing; name of the invited applicant, purpose of visit, dates of the intended stay, nature of costs being covered by host (boarding & lodging). Preferably a VU3 form signed with NEM-ID which can be found on www.newtodenmark.dk

Special guidelines for COVID-19A

Passengers must have medical certificate with negative COVID-19 PCR or Antigen test result .The test must have been taken at most 24hrs before at the time departure from the first embarking point or before the departure of last direct flight to Denmark
A rapid test must be taken before leaving the airport , with limited few exemptions
All passengers must isolate for 10 days with limited few exemptions
The isolation may be broken after a negative PCR test taken no earlier than fourth day after entry
