  • Personal letter having Name, Nationality, Age, Passport No, and Date & Place of issue and reason for visit.
  • Leave letter from company in case salaried.
  • Hotel Confirmation with guest name, check-in, check-out details, payment confirmation details and hotel name and address.
  • Compulsory return ticket.
  • Overseas medical policy
  • Xerox copies of Income Tax Papers last 03 years.
  • Updated bank statement for 6 months in original from the bank with stamp and seal.

Work Permit Visa

  • 2 Copies of visa application form to be filled completely and signed.
  • Current passport valid for more than 6 months and previous passport.
  • Two Recent Photographs 35 x 45 Background should be white with 80 % face no spectacles or cap, both ears should be visible and teeth should not be visible.
  • Updated bank statement for 6 months in original from the bank with stamp and seal and balance confirmation letter from the bank duly stamped and signed by the bank
  • A copy of a signed employment agreement has to be submitted .
  • Xerox copies of Income Tax Papers last 03 years.
  • Form 26AS as well as Form 16/ 16 A has to be submitted along with ITR-V
  • Hotel Confirmation with guest name, check-in, check-out details, payment confirmation details and hotel name and address.
  • Compulsory return ticket.

  • Originals presented and copies of your prior education diplomas and mark sheets have to be submitted. Education has to be obtained in the same field as planned employment.
  • Hello Verify conformation slip – Conformation received from Hello Verify for successfully uploaded visa application supporting documents for verification.

Special guidelines for COVID-19

  • Passengers must fill in an electronic confirmation form on the Covidpass.lv website. Electronic confirmation must be completed not earlier than 48 hours before crossing the Latvian border.
  • Passengers must present a negative result of a molecular PCR (polymerase chain reaction) COVID-19 test (done with nasal and throat swabs). The certificate must be issued no earlier than 72 hours before
  • Passengers who are unable to present proof of a negative COVID-19 test – either printed out or in their smart device – or a doctor’s note, will be denied boarding
  • The negative test result or the doctor’s note must be in English, French, Russian or in the official language of the country where the traveler’s journey begins.
  • Passengers arriving from a country with a high incidence of COVID-19, a 10-day self-isolation is compulsory for all travelers.
