  • 2 Copies of visa application form to be filled completely and signed.
  • Current passport valid for more than 6 months and previous passport.
  • 3 Recent Photographs 35 x 45 Background should be white with 80 % face no spectacles or cap, both ears should be visible and teeth should not be visible.
  • Covering letter on Company’s letterhead with Company’s seal and address and contact number (letter should have details like travel dates, passport number, designation, a brief company profile and other details about trip and expenses).
  • Invite letter on Company’s letterhead with seal and address and contact number (letter should have details like travel dates in and out, passport number, designation, a brief company profile and other details about trip and expenses)
  • Xerox copies of Income Tax Papers last 03 years.
  • Updated bank statement for 6 months in original from the bank with stamp and seal.
  • Compulsory return ticket.
  • Overseas medical policy
  • Hotel Confirmation with guest name, check-in, check-out details, payment confirmation details and hotel name and address.

Tourist Visa

  • 2 Copies of visa application form to be filled completely and signed.

  • Personal letter having Name, Nationality, Age, Passport No, and Date & Place of issue and reason for visit.
  • Leave letter from company in case salaried.
  • Hotel Confirmation with guest name, check-in, check-out details, payment confirmation details and hotel name and address.
  • Compulsory return ticket.
  • Overseas medical policy

Work Permit Visa

Special guidelines for COVID-19

  • Passengers must present a negative result of a PCR COVID-19 test  The certificate must be issued no earlier than 96 hours before arrival
  •  Passengers arriving to Lebanon shall download and activate the” Covidlebtrack” application
  • Passengers shall confirm their home quarantine localisation upon arrival to airport and respect the quarantine period (72 hours) to avoid legal actions; – PCR test shall be conducted upon arrival to Beirut Rafic Hariri International Airport (PCR fees included in the ticket)
  • Passengers must complete a “Airport Tracking Registration Form” before departure at https://covid.pcm.gov.lb/impactmobile/curfew this will generate an approval e-mail or SMS which must be presented upon arrival
