Business Visa
- 2 Copies of visa application form to be filled completely and signed
- Current passport valid for more than 6 months and previous passport
- Two Recent Photographs 35 x 45 Background should be white with 80 % face no spectacles or cap, both ears should be visible and teeth should not be visible.
- Covering letter on Company’s letterhead with Company’s seal and address and contact number (letter should have details like travel dates, passport number, designation, a brief company profile and other details about trip and expenses).
- Invite letter on Company’s letterhead with seal and address and contact number (letter should have details like travel dates in and out, passport number, designation, a brief company profile and other details about trip and expenses).
- Xerox copies of Income Tax Papers last 03 years.
- Updated bank statement for 6 months in original from the bank with stamp and seal (Seal should be in Blue. Black seal will not be accepted)
- Compulsory return ticket
- Hotel Confirmation with guest name, check-in, check-out details, payment confirmation details and hotel name and address.
- Salary Slip for the last 3 months.
- Copy of Yellow fever vaccination card
- A valid Polio (OPV) Certificate is required. The dose of OPV should be taken at least our weeks prior to the departure from India.
Tourist Visa
- 2 Copies of visa application form to be filled completely and signed.
- Current passport valid for more than 6 months and previous passport

- Personal letter having Name, Nationality, Age, Passport No, and Date & Place of issue and reason for visit.
- Leave letter from company in case salaried.
- Hotel Confirmation with guest name, check-in, check-out details, payment confirmation details and hotel name and address
- Compulsory return ticket

Special guidelines for COVID-19
- Passenger needs to apply to Ministry of Civil Aviation (MoCA) or to any agency designated by MoCA for this purpose, along with necessary details, including the places of departure and arrival, as prescribed by MoCA.
- Before the tickets of such persons are confirmed, MoCA will ensure that the destination country allows entry of such persons in that country. The conditions, if any, imposed by the destination country, will have to be fulfilled by the person intending to travel.
- The travel from India shall be by on the non scheduled commercial flights that are being arranged by MoCA for bringing back stranded Indian Nationals from abroad.
- The cost of travel, as specified by MoCA, will be borne by such travelers.
- At the time of boarding the flight, MoCA will ensure that all travelers undergo thermal screening as per health protocol. Only asymptomatic travelers would be allowed to board the flight
- While on board the flight, health protocol as issued by MoCA will be strictly followed. This would include wearing of masks, environmental hygiene, respiratory hygiene, hand hygiene etc. to be observed by airline staff, crew and all passengers.
