Covering letter on Company’s letterhead with Company’s seal and address and contact number (letter should have details like travel dates, passport number, designation, a brief company profile and other details about trip and expenses).
Invite letter on Company’s letterhead with seal and address and contact number (letter should have details like travel dates in and out, passport number, designation, a brief company profile and other details about trip and expenses).
Xerox copies of Income Tax Papers last 03 years.
Overseas medical policy
Compulsory return ticket
Hotel Confirmation with guest name, check-in, check-out details, payment confirmation details and hotel name and full address.

Tourist Visa

2 Copies of visa application form to be filled completely and signed.
Current passport valid for more than 6 months and previous passport
Two Recent Photographs 35 x 45 Background should be white with 80 % face no spectacles or cap, both ears should be visible and teeth should not be visible.
Personal letter having Name, Nationality, Age, Passport No, and Date & Place of issue and reason for visit.
Xerox copies of Income Tax Papers last 03 years.
Leave letter from company in case salaried.
Overseas medical policy
Compulsory return ticket
Hotel Confirmation with guest name, check-in, check-out details, payment confirmation details and hotel name and address.
Personal presence of the applicant is mandatory.

Work Permit Visa

Copy of the specimen signature sheet of the authorized signatories issued by the Ministry of Commerce and Industry.
Copy of valid membership card of Oman Chamber of Commerce and Industry, and copy of valid commercial registration.
Letter of approval of the government organization concerned.

Special guidelines for COVID-19

Flights to India are suspended until 30th April 2021.
This does not apply to relief, repatriation and humanitarian flights.
All medical costs incurred shall be borne by the passengers
Passenger must complete a self-declaration form at www.newdelhiairport.in at least 72 hours before departure
Passenger must have a medical certificate with a negative Coronavirus (COVID-19) RT-PCR test result. The test must have been taken at most 72 hours before departure from the first embarkation point. Passengers must upload the test result at www.newdelhiairport.in
Passengers are subject to a Coronavirus (COVID-19) RT-PCR test upon arrival and quarantine for 14 days
