Covering letter on Company’s letterhead with Company’s seal and address and contact number (letter should have details like travel dates, passport number, designation, a brief company profile and other details about trip and expenses).
Invite letter on Company’s letterhead with seal and address and contact number (letter should have details like travel dates in and out, passport number, designation, a brief company profile and other details about trip and expenses)
Updated bank statement for 6 months in original from the bank with stamp and seal
Xerox copies of Income Tax Papers
Overseas medical policy
Compulsory return ticket
Salary Slip for the last 3 months
Yellow fever vaccination card

Tourist Visa

Overseas medical policy
Compulsory return ticket
Hotel Confirmation with guest name, check-in, check-out details, payment confirmation details and hotel name and address.
Salary Slip for the last 3 months
Yellow fever vaccination card
