Two Recent Photographs 35 x 45 Background should be white with 80 % face no spectacles or cap, both ears should be visible and teeth should not be visible.
Covering letter on Company’s letterhead with Company’s seal and address and contact number (letter should have details like travel dates, passport number, designation, a brief company profile and other details about trip and expenses).
Invite letter on Company’s letterhead with seal and address and contact number (letter should have details like travel dates in and out, passport number, designation, a brief company profile and other details about trip and expenses).
Xerox copies of Income Tax Papers last 03 years.
Updated bank statement for 6 months in original from the bank with stamp and seal (Seal should be in Blue. Black seal will not be accepted)
Compulsory return ticket
Hotel Confirmation with guest name, check-in, check-out details, payment confirmation details and hotel name and address.

Leave letter from company in case salaried.

Variation application to be completed fully and submit to Immigration Office, Independence House

Certificate of entitlement from the Ministry of Labour and Human Resources Development
Establishment list in the case of Quota entitlement. (List should not be older than one month)
Medical fitness certificate; (renewable every two years)
Detailed Job description if applying for variation of post title
Copy of valid License; (Where applicable)
Processing fee (nonrefundable) of Sr. 1,000/- per application + permit fees for the whole duration for
which the permit is being sought @ Sr. 500/- per month. (ALL); Note so submit original certificates.
On approval of the permit the followings will be required within one month of approval of application:
1. A security Bond/Bank guarantee from a Seychelles Bank will be required. The amount will
depend on the nationality or country of residence of the employee. (See table below or reverse of
page).
A group security bond / Local Insurance guarantee may be approved upon written request;
2. A contract of employment attested by the Employment Department.

Note: Covering letter and invitation should favor ‘To, The Visa Officer, “Honorary Consulate Seychelles, Mumbai”

Indian nationals can obtain a visitors permit on arrival, valid initially for 30 days
